Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian to use NEXORA.
User Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and all activities carried out using their accounts.
Marketplace Services
NEXORA provides a marketplace where buyers and sellers can connect and trade securely.
Sellers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate product information
- Maintaining lawful listings
- Delivering purchased goods and services
Buyers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information
- Making payments as agreed
- Complying with platform rules
Chama Services
NEXORA provides tools for users to create and participate in Chamas. NEXORA does not guarantee the outcome of any Chama and is not responsible for disputes between members.
Prohibited Activities
Users may not:
- Commit fraud or deception
- Impersonate another person
- Upload harmful or illegal content
- Interfere with platform operations
- Use NEXORA for unlawful purposes
User Content
Users retain ownership of their uploaded content while granting NEXORA permission to store, display and process it for platform operations.
Account Suspension
NEXORA may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to users or the platform.
Limitation of Liability
NEXORA is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
Changes to Services
We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the platform at any time.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
